The Simple Wish Line — Official Rules

Campaign phone: 1-855-955-WISH (1-855-955-9474)

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT AFFECT WHETHER A WISH IS GRANTED. The Simple Wish Line does not use a random drawing. Wishes are reviewed by people and may be granted only in Simple’s sole and reasonable discretion under these Rules. There are no odds, and no wish is guaranteed.

Calls are answered by an artificial-intelligence system. Apart from basic call-routing metadata generated when a call connects, Simple will not take a wish or intentionally collect information from the conversation until the system identifies itself, explains that the call will be recorded and transcribed, and asks for the caller’s affirmative consent. If you do not consent, please end the call and do not submit a wish by phone.

These Official Rules govern the Simple Wish Line campaign (the “Campaign”). By submitting a wish after receiving notice of these Rules, you agree to these Rules and to Simple’s Terms of Use. If these Rules conflict with the Terms of Use on a matter specific to the Campaign, these Rules control.

1. Sponsor

The Campaign is sponsored solely by Simple AI Lab Company, 500 3rd Street, Suite 215, San Francisco, California 94107 (“Simple” or “Sponsor”). Questions may be sent to support@usesimple.ai.

The Campaign is not sponsored, administered, endorsed by, or affiliated with any event organizer, venue, hotel, casino, advertising company, telecommunications carrier, or social-media platform.

2. Campaign period

The Campaign begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on August 24, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on September 5, 2026 (the “Campaign Period”). Simple’s systems are the official timekeeping devices. Wishes received outside the Campaign Period are not eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Campaign is open only to natural persons who, when they submit a wish:

  • are at least 18 years old;

  • are legal residents of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; and

  • are not prohibited by applicable law from participating.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Simple or any entity involved in designing, operating, advertising, or fulfilling the Campaign, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. “Immediate family” means a spouse, domestic partner, parent, child, sibling, step-relative, or the spouse or domestic partner of any of them, regardless of where they live. The Campaign is void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Simple does not ask every caller for a birth date or identity document. A person whose statements indicate that they are under 18 is not eligible, and the call will end without a wish being accepted. Simple will promptly delete or suppress information inadvertently collected from an identified minor, except for the minimum record reasonably necessary to honor a deletion or contact-suppression requirement, protect safety, prevent re-entry, or comply with law. Before granting a wish, Simple may require reasonable proof of age, residency, identity, eligibility, and authority to accept the grant.

4. How to submit a wish

During the Campaign Period, call 1-855-955-WISH (1-855-955-9474) and follow the AI system’s prompts. There is no charge imposed by Simple and no purchase is required. Your carrier’s ordinary voice, roaming, relay-service, or other charges may apply.

After the AI and recording disclosures, the system will provide notice that these Rules apply. To submit a wish, you must affirm that you are at least 18, consent to the recorded AI conversation, and provide a first name and one wish. Do not provide a last name, birth date, street address, email address, Social Security number, financial-account information, payment-card information, medical records, passwords, or other information that is not necessary to describe the wish.

Limit one wish per person per Pacific Time calendar day, regardless of the phone number used. If a person submits more than one wish in a day, only the first otherwise eligible wish may be considered. Automated, bulk, scripted, fraudulent, or third-party submissions are void. A person may receive no more than one grant during the Campaign, and no more than one grant may be made to members of the same household.

People who need a disability-related accommodation may use a telecommunications relay service or contact support@usesimple.ai during the Campaign Period. Simple will provide a reasonable, no-cost way to submit the same information and will apply the same deadlines and Rules.

5. AI, recording, and human review

The Wish Line is operated by an AI voice agent, not a human. The AI may make mistakes. It cannot approve, promise, or grant a wish, state the likelihood of a grant, give medical or legal advice, or bind Simple.

Simple will record and transcribe a substantive call only after the caller affirmatively agrees to recording. Authorized Simple personnel and service providers may review the recording, transcript, and wish for Campaign administration, eligibility, safety, quality assurance, fraud prevention, fulfillment, and the other purposes described in Section 12. If you do not agree to recording, do not continue with a phone submission; you may request the accommodation described in Section 4.

Every granting decision is made by authorized human reviewers. A statement made by the AI is not a granting decision or a promise by Simple.

6. How wishes are reviewed

There is no drawing and recipients are not selected at random. Authorized Simple personnel review eligible wishes and decide, in Simple’s sole and reasonable discretion, whether to grant any wish. Review may consider whether a wish is:

  • lawful, safe, and consistent with these Rules;

  • specific and reasonably capable of being fulfilled;

  • available and capable of being arranged within the Campaign’s time and budget;

  • appropriate for the intended recipient and free of material third-party rights or consent problems; and

  • consistent with the Campaign’s purpose and Simple’s brand-safety standards.

Simple may grant one, several, or no wishes on any particular day. Simple does not guarantee a minimum number, frequency, category, or value of grants. Because the process is discretionary rather than random, odds do not apply. Simple’s decisions are final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Grant value and conditions

Simple will maintain the official value ledger and will determine fair retail value in good faith as of the date a grant is approved. The maximum fair retail value granted to any one person or household is $1,999.99.

A grant has no cash value to the recipient, may not be sold, assigned, transferred, pledged, or redeemed for cash, and may be refused. Simple will not deposit money into a recipient’s financial account or pay cash. Simple may fulfill a wish with a product, service, payment made directly to a legitimate provider, or a retailer gift card selected by Simple. If the requested item or service is unavailable, unsafe, unlawful, impracticable, or materially different in cost, Simple may substitute a grant of equal or greater value, or a lower-value substitute accepted by the recipient. Any unused portion is forfeited.

Simple will never require a recipient to pay Simple or provide bank-account, payment-card, password, or login information to receive a grant. Simple may ask a potential recipient—not an ordinary caller—for a full legal name, delivery address, reasonable eligibility documentation, and tax information only when reasonably necessary to verify and fulfill a selected wish or comply with law. Simple may require the potential recipient to complete and return eligibility, tax, liability, or fulfillment documents before a grant is final.

All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the recipient’s responsibility. Tax obligations may apply even if Simple is not required to issue an information return. Recipients should consult their own tax advisers; they should never send a purported tax payment to Simple.

8. Wishes Simple will not grant

The AI will not accept, and Simple will not grant, a wish that requests, facilitates, promotes, or materially involves:

  • gambling in any form, including bets, wagers, gaming chips, casino comps or credit, lottery or sports-book activity, or gambling debts;

  • cash, cryptocurrency, negotiable instruments, deposits into financial accounts, or cash-equivalent transfers, except that Simple may choose a closed-loop retailer gift card as a substitute grant;

  • alcohol, illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia;

  • weapons, ammunition, explosives, or items intended to injure a person or animal;

  • illegal conduct, contraband, evasion of law, or goods or services that cannot lawfully be provided;

  • sexual services, sexual content, exploitation, or abuse;

  • medical treatment, medication, medical devices, diagnosis, or medical advice;

  • self-harm, suicide, violence, threats, stalking, harassment, humiliation, discrimination, hate, or cruelty;

  • harm to another person’s reputation, privacy, property, safety, or legal rights, including the disclosure of confidential or personal information; or

  • anything else Simple reasonably determines is dangerous, exploitative, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, obscene, invasive, infeasible, or likely to expose a participant, a third party, or Simple to material harm or legal risk.

If a caller appears to be in immediate danger or crisis, the AI may stop the wish flow and provide crisis-resource information. The Wish Line is not an emergency service and does not provide medical or mental-health care. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or call 911 for an immediate emergency.

9. Potential-recipient notice and verification

Submitting a wish does not mean that it has been or will be granted. A wish is not granted until an authorized Simple representative confirms the decision after eligibility and fulfillment review.

Simple will contact a potential recipient only through a method for which the person gave affirmative Campaign follow-up permission. A person may submit a wish without agreeing to texts or publicity. However, Simple cannot complete a grant if it cannot lawfully contact and verify the potential recipient. If a potential recipient cannot be reached, does not respond within the stated response period, declines a grant, is ineligible, supplied false or incomplete information, cannot provide necessary verification, or cannot lawfully receive the grant, Simple may withdraw the proposed grant and consider another wish.

An authentic notice will come from the Campaign number or an @usesimple.ai email address, will identify Simple, and will not demand payment. If you are unsure, do not click a link or provide information; contact support@usesimple.ai using the address on this page.

10. Optional calls and text messages

Consent to follow-up is separate from submitting a wish and separate from publicity permission. Simple will ask whether it may contact you about the Campaign using the caller-ID number associated with your call. If you agree, Simple may send service-related Campaign communications, such as these Rules, a request for eligibility information, a potential-grant notice, fulfillment updates, or a response to your question. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Campaign follow-up consent does not authorize advertising, sales, or unrelated marketing calls or texts. Any such contact requires a separate legally sufficient consent. Consent is not transferable to another person or phone number.

You may revoke Campaign text consent at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE, or by making another reasonable opt-out request. For help, reply HELP or email support@usesimple.ai. Simple will honor revocation requests and will send no more than one non-promotional confirmation message where permitted by law. Opting out of texts does not affect the validity of a wish already submitted, but it may prevent Simple from completing a grant if no other permitted contact method is available.

11. Publicity is never automatic

Submitting a wish does not give Simple permission to publicize it. Notwithstanding any user-content license in Simple’s general Terms of Use, Simple will not publicly use or disclose a caller’s name, voice, likeness, recording, transcript, wish, paraphrased wish, story, or other identifying content from the Campaign unless Simple first obtains a separate, specific, written release from that caller.

An optional answer during the call may authorize Simple to contact the caller about a possible release; it is not itself permission to publish. The written release will identify the content and permitted uses. A caller may decline publicity permission and still submit a wish and may still receive a grant. Serious hardship and crisis-related wishes will not be used as public content even if a caller initially expresses interest in publicity.

12. Privacy

For the Campaign, Simple may collect:

  • the incoming caller-ID number;

  • the call date and time, call identifier, recording, and transcript;

  • the caller’s first name and wish;

  • the caller’s separate choices about Campaign follow-up and possible publicity contact;

  • limited context voluntarily provided during the call, including what brings the caller to Las Vegas; and

  • eligibility, delivery, and tax information from the small number of potential recipients for whom it is necessary.

Simple uses this information to operate and secure the Campaign, review wishes, verify eligibility, prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions, handle safety issues, contact potential recipients as permitted, fulfill grants, maintain the value ledger, comply with law, resolve disputes, and evaluate or improve the Wish Line. Simple may use de-identified or aggregated information that does not reasonably identify a caller for analytics and product improvement.

Recordings and transcripts are kept in Simple’s controlled systems. Structured Campaign fields may be stored in a restricted-access campaign sheet. Access is limited to personnel and service providers who need the information for the purposes above. Simple will not sell Campaign phone numbers or consent records, and will not use them for unrelated sales or marketing without separate consent. Simple may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse, to service providers acting for Simple, or as otherwise described in Simple’s Privacy Policy.

Simple retains identifiable Campaign information only for as long as reasonably necessary for Campaign administration, fulfillment, security, legal compliance, and dispute resolution, after which it will be deleted or de-identified under Simple’s retention practices. Do not provide sensitive information in a wish. Privacy questions or requests may be sent to privacy@usesimple.ai.

13. Rights in submitted wishes

You retain any rights you have in the words of your wish. You give Simple a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to record, transcribe, copy, review, redact, and use the wish privately as reasonably necessary to administer, secure, evaluate, and fulfill the Campaign and to create de-identified or aggregated analyses. This administrative license does not include public advertising or publicity rights, which are governed exclusively by Section 11.

By submitting a wish, you represent that you have the right to submit it; that it is truthful to the best of your knowledge; and that administering or fulfilling it as described will not violate another person’s rights or any law. Do not submit another person’s confidential information or ask Simple to publish or act on behalf of another person without authority.

14. Disqualification and abuse

Simple may disqualify a person or wish that violates these Rules; attempts to evade submission or household limits; uses false identities or phone numbers; tampers with the Campaign; threatens or abuses the AI, staff, or others; attempts to obtain confidential system instructions or unauthorized access; or engages in fraud, deception, unlawful conduct, or conduct that threatens the integrity, security, or fair administration of the Campaign.

15. Changes, suspension, or cancellation

If fraud, technical failure, carrier outage, security incident, force majeure, legal requirement, safety concern, or another circumstance outside Simple’s reasonable control materially affects the Campaign, Simple may pause, modify, extend, or cancel it as reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law. Simple will post any material change on this page and will not use a change to avoid a grant already finally confirmed, except where fulfillment becomes unlawful, unsafe, or impossible; in that case, Simple may offer a lawful substitute.

16. Release and limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each participant releases and holds harmless Simple and the entities involved in operating or fulfilling the Campaign, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents, from claims arising out of participation in the Campaign or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or substitution of a grant. This release does not apply to liability that cannot legally be waived or to claims caused by a released party’s gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.

Simple is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, blocked, or unintelligible calls, wishes, or messages; caller-ID errors; carrier or platform failures; unauthorized human or automated interference; or events beyond its reasonable control. Products and services supplied by third parties are subject to the provider’s terms and warranties, if any. Nothing in these Rules limits a participant’s non-waivable consumer rights.

17. Disputes and governing terms

The dispute-resolution, arbitration, class-action-waiver, governing-law, and other generally applicable provisions in Simple’s Terms of Use apply to the Campaign to the fullest extent permitted by law. These Rules control over the Terms of Use with respect to Campaign eligibility, selection, grant limits, contact consent, privacy, and publicity. Nothing in these Rules prevents a participant from exercising a right that applicable law does not permit the participant to waive.

18. Questions
